The convenient thing about watercolour is that they are easy to stow away and don't take up much space. The inconvenient thing about watercolour is if you need to show a bunch of artwork at once, you need to invest in and store a bunch of glass frames! So recently I've been using the Golden Absorbent Ground to open the door to new possibilities with watercolour. My experiment on canvas worked out pretty well (it was in the last newsletter, did you see it?), and so I purchased this beautiful 24x24" wooden panel to play on and hopefully have something wonderful for September's show. I'm thinking patterns within circles within a square and I am very much enjoying the process so far!
